ABOUT

History

E.J. Chance was a small heat treating and chemical service company established in 1965. In 1985, William Ball purchased the company and added the trade name Industrial Instrumentation Services (IIS). With the advent of the microprocessor in the late 1980s, IIS evolved and migrated towards newer process control industries such as pharmaceutical, bio-technology, semiconductor, water systems/treatment, power and packaging industries. Today, the pharmaceutical and water production and treatment industry represents over 80% of IIS's current service customer base.
